We charge a fee for each broken / lost item. E.g. broken Iittala Thule dishes we charge a 25€ fee per piece. We will consider other items depending on the situation.
If, for example, dishes or other kitchen ware breaks, please let us know and leave them on the counter when you leave, so we will know to replace them with new ones.
